BAMS Admission Eligibility Criteria

It is mandatory for aspirants to fulfill certain eligibility conditions to get admission to BAMS course. Some basic BAMS eligibility criteria is mentioned below.

  • Candidates are required to pass Class 12 or equivalent examination with science subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) and English core.
  • He/she should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or as on 31st december of same year.
  • An aspirant from general category needs to secure an aggregate of 50% in their Class 12 Board examination. while, for SC/ST/OBC candidates, the qualifying percentage is 40%.
  • Candidates need qualify NEET exam in same year by securing minimum qualifying cutoff percentile to get admission in BAMS course.

Duration of Course

The duration of the B.A.M.S. Programme shall be five years and six months (5½ year, including 1-year compulsory internship) as per the following table, namely :

Course Fee

Course fee is subject to be fixed as per the guidelines of Fee Fixation/Regulatory Committee (FRC) of the of Uttar Pradesh government and applicable in same year.Cash more than Rs. 1,99,999 is not accepted in an academic year from one student.

Procedure For Availing Bank Loan Assistance

Students who want to apply for Educational Loan will need an offer letter from the respective GS Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital. The college will provide the requisite offer letter as required by the bank for loan purposes, as and if believed appropriate.

However, the students and their parents/guardians shall be responsible for obtaining sanction and repayment of the sanctioned loan and all kinds of liabilities and consequences arising thereof, if any. GSAMC&H shall not be liable and responsible in this regard.

REFUND POLICY

Once college admission fee/academic fee/any fee deposited in college cannot be withdrawn or refunded under any circumstances.

There is no provision of refund.
